Nico Escondido is the current Director at Chemistree. Prior to Chemistree, they were with Trans-High Corporation and HIGH TIMES as the Competition Director for Cannabis Cups. Nico has also been a Cultivation Reporter for HIGH TIMES Magazine, a Contributing Writer for the Associated Press, and the Director of Horticulture & Technology for Agriculture Systems. Nico began their career as a Technical Writer for TechWRITE, Inc. in 2001.
Nico Escondido has a BA in Creative Writing and a BA in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as a minor in Plant Sciences. Nico is currently pursuing a career in Agricultural Communication/Journalism.
