Cleo Bess

Cleo Bess has a diverse work experience in the field of art direction and creative directing. Starting in 2016, Cleo began as an intern at Cramer-Krasselt and McCann New York, gaining valuable experience in the industry. In 2017, they worked as a Freelance Art Director and later transitioned to a Junior Art Director role at McCann New York until 2019. Cleo then joined Publicis as an Art Director, where they worked for two years before moving to Dagger in 2021. At Dagger, Cleo held the position of Art Director for a year before joining the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences as a judge for the Anthem Awards and Webby Awards. Currently, Cleo is working at Chemistry as an Associate Creative Director.

Cleo Bess completed their high school education at Montclair High School from 2009 to 2013 and obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, they attended Savannah College of Art and Design from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree with a focus on Advertising.
