Taylor Guglielmo

Taylor Guglielmo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, Guglielmo serves as the Chief Growth Officer for Chemistry, where they lead new and organic growth for all Chemistry offices and develop innovative approaches to help clients achieve marketing success. Prior to this role, Guglielmo held the position of EVP, Group Account Director - Business Development at Chemistry for six years. In this role, they were the group lead on several notable accounts such as Marriott, Gaylord hotels, Square, Inc., and successfully secured new business wins for high-profile clients including Netflix, Red Bull, and The Coca-Cola Company, among others.

Before joining Chemistry, Guglielmo worked at TGM as the VP, Group Account Director - Business Development in 2013 and as the VP, Account Director from 2010 to 2013. They also gained valuable experience at Grey Worldwide as a Senior Account Executive from 2007 to 2009 and at McCann Erickson as a Senior Account Executive from 2002 to 2007. Guglielmo began their career at Fallon NY as an Assistant Account Executive from 2000 to 2002.

Taylor Guglielmo attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1998 to 2002. During this time, Taylor pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a major in Advertising and a minor in Psychology.
