Karunakar Singh

Karunakar Singh is an experienced business leader currently serving as the Business Head for South Asia at Chemix, Inc. since September 2024, overseeing product and market strategy as well as project management. Prior to this role, Karunakar held the position of Head of Business Development and Strategy at NASH ENERGY (I) PVT LTD from May 2023 to September 2024, focusing on business development, marketing, and R&D strategy support. At GODI from June 2022 to May 2023, Karunakar was responsible for business development and strategy. Earlier roles include Manager of Corporate Strategy at L&T POWER, where strategic development for lithium-ion cell manufacturing in India was key, and Commissioning Manager for thermal power plant projects. Karunakar's career began at Larsen & Toubro, where roles included Contract Manager and Plant Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering from KIET Group of Institutions.
