Connor McHale

Connor McHale is a highly adaptable program manager with over 8 years of experience, currently serving as the Risk, Compliance, and Closeouts Senior Program Manager at Chemonics International. They previously worked in various roles with USAID, including Program Development Advisor and Reporting Communications Manager, and founded the University of Maryland Public Policy Review, where they led an editorial team to publish its first edition. Connor holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy with a focus on International Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland College Park. Prior roles include internships at U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Middle East Institute.
