Kate Woods

Kate Woods is the Managing Director at Chemonics International, bringing over 25 years of experience in designing and implementing development assistance projects across Africa and Haiti. With expertise in areas such as agricultural systems strengthening and disaster response, they have held various senior positions at Chemonics, overseeing numerous projects and managing teams in multiple countries. Previously, Kate served as a Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Mali and has held roles including Country Director and Project Director within different regions of Chemonics. They obtained a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Management and Policy from Cornell University.
