Tara Sabre Collier

Tara Sabre Collier is an accomplished leader in impact investing and sustainable finance, currently serving as the Climate & PSE Practice Lead at Chemonics International since June 2021, where support is provided to UK and US governments on flagship sustainable finance initiatives. Collier holds multiple roles, including Director of Impact Investing & Sustainable Finance at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and Chair of the Investment Committee at ShEquity, focusing on gender lens capital for women-led startups in Africa. With a strong background in gender lens investment and social entrepreneurship, Collier has previously held managerial positions at Shell Foundation, Ernst & Young, GroFin, and EOSS Consulting, alongside consulting for the World Bank. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Oxford and a Master's in International Public/Non-Profit Management & Policy from New York University.
