Tommy R. has extensive experience in human resources and management, with roles spanning over two decades. Beginning as a Financial Services Representative at Washington Mutual, Tommy advanced to positions including Lead Teller/Line Supervisor at Palm Beach Kennel Club and Administrative Supervisor at Nationwide Insurance. After serving as Human Resources Manager at Frenchman's Creek Beach and Country Club, Tommy further developed expertise as a Senior HRIS Analyst at American Water and later as an HRMS Coordinator at Covington & Burling.
