Camille Courrèges

Camille Courrèges has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Camille started their career as an Inspection du travail at DIRECCTE Aquitaine in 2010. Camille then worked as a Consultant en ressources humaines et droit social at R&H Conseils in 2012. In 2013, they became a Sales employee at IKEA Group. Camille joined InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) as an HR Assistant in 2014 and continued to work there until 2016, taking on responsibilities such as internal communication, training, and recruitment. Camille then joined Mercer in 2016 as an HRIS Workday Lead Consultant. Camille worked on various global Workday deployment projects and served as a service manager for a leading customer. Camille also led training sessions and created training materials. From 2019 to 2022, Camille worked at CGI as a Senior Consultant in Organizational Development & Change and then as an HRIS Manager at Umanis (CGI acquisition). Camille'sresponsibilities included managing organizational development projects and overseeing the HRIS system. Currently, they are working as a Principal Business Project Manager at Axway, leading the deployment of Workday HCM for multiple entities.

Camille Courrèges obtained their BACCALAUREAT in Economy & Social from Lycée Max Linder in 2007. Camille then pursued a Licence in Droit et Scienes Politiques from Université de Bordeaux from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they completed their Master I in Droit Social from Université de Bordeaux in 2010-2011. In 2011-2012, Camille obtained a Master 2 (M2) professional degree in Droit des relations de travail dans l'entreprise from Université de Bordeaux. Continuing their education, they completed a Master 2 (M2) in HR Management with a specialization in Internal Communication from OMNES Education in 2014-2015. Additionally, Camille obtained several certifications from Workday, including Workday Launch, HCM Services Practical, Project Management, Talent & Performance, and HCM Service Core, all in 2016.
