William Kaunda is an experienced public health supply chain leader with over 15 years of expertise in procurement, forecasting, and distribution of essential health commodities across Zambia. They currently serve as the Deputy Country Director for Warehousing and Distribution at Chemonics International, following a role as Chief of Party for the USAID Program for Advancing Supply Chain Outcomes (USAID PASCO). Previously, Kaunda held several key positions at USAID, including Program Procurement Manager and Forecasting, Supply Planning, and Procurement Director. Kaunda holds an MSc in Public Health from the University of Suffolk, a MiniMaster in Global Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University, and a Diploma in Procurement and Supply from CIPS UK, and is a registered member of ZIPS and the Health Professions Council of Zambia.
