Benjamin Noyce

Benjamin Noyce's work experience includes serving as the Director of Energetic Safety at Chemring Countermeasures USA Kilgore Flares since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Environment Health Safety at Chemring Countermeasures USA (Alloy Surfaces / Kilgore Flares) starting in 2017. Benjamin also worked in the United States Air Force, where they held various positions such as Nuclear Surety Program & Weapon Safety Manager from 2012 to 2016 and Special Weapons Maintenance Bay Chief at the 898 Munitions Squadron from 2001 to 2012. Additionally, they had roles in the 39th Maintenance Squadron and the 898 Munitions Squadron. Benjamin also attended the Non-Commissioned Officer Academy in the United States Air Force in 2011.

Benjamin Noyce obtained an Associate's Degree in Military Technologies and Applied Sciences from the Community College of the Air Force from 2005 to 2007. Benjamin also holds additional certifications including a Commercial Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration and a RiderCoach certification from the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, which they obtained in September 2012.
