Dave Cloak has over 35 years of work experience in various roles and positions. Dave started their career in 1985 as a Tool & Die Maker First Class at Struthers-Dunn LLC. From 1994 to 1998, they worked as a Tool & Die Engineer at Tenneco Packaging. Dave joined Chemring Countermeasures USA (Alloy Surfaces / Kilgore Flares) in 1998 as a Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager. Throughout the years, they held positions such as Director of Quality Assurance, Vice President of Product Development / R&D and Quality, General Manager, and currently serves as the Vice President.

From 1994 to 1999, Dave Cloak attended Temple University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Mechanical Engineering.
