Amanda Marfisi

Amanda Marfisi is an experienced marketing technology professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing Technology at Chemsearch FE since September 2016. With a strong background in organizational development, talent acquisition, and human resources, Amanda has successfully managed various roles, including Organizational Development Manager and Human Resources Manager at Texas Instruments. Additional experience includes coaching volleyball at Texas Image Volleyball Club and overseeing HR operations at multiple organizations, such as DB&A and Target. Amanda holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, along with other educational pursuits in related fields.
