Jill Hollingsworth, DVM, is a seasoned professional in food safety and regulatory affairs, currently serving as Vice President of Food Safety and Retail Industry Relations at Ecolab since August 2019. With extensive experience, Hollingsworth has held significant roles such as Vice President of Food Safety & Regulatory Affairs at CHEMSTAR since April 2014 and Consultant for Retail Food Safety at the National Grocers Association from January 2016 to December 2018. Previous positions include Senior Vice President for Food Safety Programs at the Food Marketing Institute, where responsibilities encompassed developing and managing food safety initiatives and regulatory compliance, and Senior Vice President at the SQF Institute, contributing to the global food safety certification program. Hollingsworth began a career at USDA-FSIS as Assistant Deputy Administrator and holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from The University of Georgia.
