Ashleen Sidhu

Ashleen Sidhu is a highly experienced professional in the field of compensation and human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Executive Compensation and Strategic Initiatives at Chemtrade since September 2023, Ashleen previously held roles at Hootsuite as an Equity Compensation Specialist and at Brookfield Asset Management as a Senior Analyst and Analyst in Equity Compensation. Earlier experience includes positions as a Compensation Analyst at RR Donnelley and a Human Resources Coordinator at Bell, along with an HR Administrator role at Points. Ashleen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from York University, obtained between 2011 and 2016.
