Ryan Picard is a Process Engineer at Chemtrade since March 2022, with prior experience as a Process Engineer at STEMCELL Technologies from July 2018 to September 2021. Ryan co-founded Spectra Plasmonics in 2017 and served as the Technology lead until February 2018. Additionally, Ryan worked as an Academic Assistant in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Queen's University for a short period in late 2017.
