Jayne Deal

Jayne Deal is an accomplished environmental professional with extensive experience in sustainability and compliance management across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Environmental Manager at ChemTreat, Jayne has previously held key positions at Mondelēz International as Site Environmental Lead, DuPont as Environmental Manager and Site Environmental Lead, GLOBALFOUNDRIES as Staff Environmental Engineer, and IBM as Staff Environmental Engineer. Notable achievements include the development of Environmental Management Systems (EMS) that achieved ISO 14001 certification, leading incident investigations and compliance initiatives, managing capital projects, and driving the integration of environmental considerations into business operations. Jayne holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Clarkson University and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from Penn State University. Additional educational experience includes International Studies at Victoria University of Wellington.
