Kim Martin

Kim Martin, MS, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. KIM'smost recent position is as a Sr. IT Director at ChemTreat, where they are responsible for developing the IT strategy and overseeing day-to-day IT operations. KIM has also held the role of IT Director at the same company. Prior to ChemTreat, Kim worked as the Director of Business Analytics & Data Warehousing at the same company, where they led and managed a team of professionals in executing the digital transformation strategy.

Before ChemTreat, Kim founded the KLM Scholarship Foundation in 2002, which aims to provide educational opportunities for students.

Kim also has experience working at the Virginia Information Technologies Agency, where they held the role of IT Leader and Technical Project Manager. In these positions, they led PMO activities, oversaw the IT project portfolio, and managed a team of project managers.

KIM'sresponsibilities included data warehousing, data management, metadata management, data modeling, and database documentation.
