Tracy G.

Tracy G. has over 30 years of work experience in various product management and technical roles. Tracy began their career at Allied Colloids, Inc. as an Analytical Chemist and eventually became the Operations Supervisor, overseeing the quality processes and testing for finished products. Tracy then joined Ciba, where they served as a Process Improvement Chemist and later became a key member of the BPCS implementation team. At BASF, Tracy held the position of Senior Product Manager for Performance Chemicals - Water Solutions, where they played a crucial role in forming the Water Solutions business platform. Currently, Tracy is the Director of Product Management at ChemTreat, where they lead product strategy and innovation.

Tracy G. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry from the University of Mary Washington, completing the program from 1982 to 1986.
