Catherine Jones has extensive experience across various roles in operations, sales, and emergency services. Currently serving as a sales specialist at iWare since June 2016, Catherine also holds the position of Emergency Service Specialist at CHEMTREC® since July 2016, providing critical response information to emergency responders regarding hazardous materials. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Potomac Vapor from 2013 to 2016, where Catherine focused on team development and store efficiency, and Front Office Manager at Olde Towne Pet Resort LLC from 2011 to 2013, managing schedules and marketing efforts. Earlier experience includes a guest service role and serving as Senior Director of Business Operations at Sunny's Worldwide Transportation from 2005 to 2011, where Catherine significantly grew the department.
