Charmaine Emanuels P.e.

Charmaine Emanuels, P.E. is an experienced Project Engineer at Chen Moore and Associates, working since August 2017 and previously held the positions of Associate Engineer and Civil Engineering Intern. In this role, Charmaine has checked and evaluated design calculations for water and wastewater projects, estimating quantities and costs to assess project feasibility. Alongside professional engineering duties, Charmaine serves as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Florida International University, assisting students in the Engineering Mechanics of Materials course. Charmaine's earlier experience includes a Civil Engineering Intern position at Keith & Schnars, where technical studies, design development, and project management responsibilities were undertaken. Charmaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Mathematics minor from Florida International University, graduated in 2018.
