Joel Brownsey P.e.

Joel Brownsey, P.E., is a Senior Engineer at Chen Moore and Associates with over 20 years of planning and engineering experience in land development disciplines, including site design, green space planning, intermodal streetscape design, and utility design. Prior to this role, Joel worked as a Civil Engineering Designer at ABD Engineers, LLP, focusing on site planning for commercial and residential developments. Joel began their career as an intern at the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, performing GPS surveys and conducting deed research. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from the University at Albany, and an Associate of Science in Surveying & Mapping from the University of New Hampshire.
