Muhammad Saad Ashraf

Muhammad Saad Ashraf is an experienced construction management professional currently serving as a Senior Construction Specialist at Chen Moore and Associates since March 2023, overseeing the canal water quality treatment plant project for the South Florida Water Management District. Previously, Muhammad worked as an Assistant Project Manager at S&D Engineering and Construction, Inc., managing structural restoration projects in Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach.
