They manage all HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, ensuring alignment with certified processes and standards like ITIL, PMBOK, CMMI Level 2, ISO 20000:2011, and ISO 9001:2008. The team enables the individual companies in the business unit to concentrate on their core operations by providing comprehensive human capital management support.
