Clif Gibson has over 27 years of experience in various roles related to contracts, procurement, and administration. Clif has held positions such as Vice President of Contracts, Director of Contracts, and Contracts Manager in companies like Chenega Corporation, P E Systems Inc., DynCorp International LLC, Qivliq, L-3 Communications, Chenega Technology Services Corporation, PEC Solutions Inc., Digital System Resources Inc, and PRC Inc. In these positions, they have been responsible for contract management, negotiation, risk analysis, proposal preparation, contract administration, and overseeing contract teams.
