Heng Meas

Heng Meas, MSc, MBA, SAFe, AWS-CP, currently serves as Principal Management Consultant at Chenega Corporation, where responsibilities include developing a CIO and PMO framework, leading IT management program governance, and creating metrics for IT investment effectiveness.
