Amy Boatman

Amy Boatman is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in treasury operations, internal controls, and audit practices. Currently serving as Director of Treasury at Cheniere Energy, Inc. since August 2014, Amy has managed various teams and collaborated with multiple departments to enhance processes, develop Key Performance Indicators, and ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley regulations. Previously, Amy held positions at KPMG, including Advisory Manager, where leadership of teams and client relationship management were key responsibilities, particularly in the context of environmental claims for a Fortune 100 company. Amy holds both a Masters of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University.
