Cheryl Gonzalez

Cheryl Gonzalez, MSEd, is a seasoned professional in enterprise training and development, currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Training at Cheniere Energy, Inc. since September 2023. Previously, Cheryl held various roles at LyondellBasell, including Training Manager and Corporate Learning Specialist, from February 2016 to September 2023. At ConocoPhillips, Cheryl worked as a Competency Advisor focusing on employee skills and HSE competencies for the Bakken Asset. Cheryl's earlier experience includes positions as Operations Training Coordinator and Alkylation Plant Operator at Western Refining, where responsibilities encompassed developing training programs and standard operating procedures. Cheryl holds a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology from Purdue University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Education with a focus on Training and Development from Fort Hays State University, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from El Paso Community College.
