Mark Lively

Mark Lively, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Accountant in Financial Reporting at Cheniere Energy, Inc. since January 2019. Prior to this role, Mark worked as an Accounting Policy & Controls Analyst at Apache Corporation from June 2014 to January 2019 and as a Financial Controls Accountant at Weatherford from January 2011 to May 2014, where responsibilities included participation in Technical Accounting and Internal Control Policy Group. Mark's experience also includes positions as a Legal Entity & Special Project Accountant and as an Internal Auditor, with expertise in SOX 404 and operational audits across various regions including Canada, Mexico, South America, Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and the Middle East. Mark holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Southern Methodist University. Education also includes graduation from The Woodlands High School.
