Rohan Ramoutar

Rohan Ramoutar has over 17 years of work experience in various roles within the energy industry. Rohan is currently working as a Principal Engineer at Cheniere Energy, Inc. since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Wood Group PSN, where they held multiple roles including Production Engineer, Lead Production Engineer, and Production Support from December 2013 to May 2021. Rohan also worked at Angola LNG as a Process Engineer for the duration of January 2013 to November 2013. Before that, they worked at Atlantic LNG as a Process Engineer II from March 2009 to December 2012. Rohan began their career at Fluor as a Process Specialty Engineer from November 2007 to March 2009. Rohan also has experience as a Process Engineer III at PCS Nitrogen Trinidad Limited from July 2004 to October 2007.

Rohan Ramoutar obtained a BSc in Chemical & Process Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus in the years 2001 to 2004. Rohan also earned a DipFM in Finance from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business in 2005-2006. Additionally, they obtained certifications including PMI-RM in Risk Management from PMI in 2012, and PMP Certification in Project Management from PMI in 2010. Prior to their university education, Rohan attended Naparima College from 1992 to 1995, and San Fernando Government Secondary from 1987 to 1992, where they focused on Physical Sciences.
