Ashley Kate Salazar has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment coordination. Ashley Kate began their career as a Credentialing Clerk at Preferred Medical Plan, Inc. in 2013 before moving on to UnitedHealth Group as a Credentialing Coordinator in 2014. Ashley Kate then transitioned to a Recruiting Sourcer role at IDEAL Personnel Services LLC in 2015, where they were promoted to Staffing Coordinator and Data Entry Specialist. Most recently, Ashley worked at ChenMed as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, focusing on clinical recruitment and providing exceptional customer service to candidates. Throughout their various roles, they have demonstrated proficiency in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, data management, and CRM utilization.
