Charlene Rousseau

Charlene (Char) Rousseau, PhD, ICF ACC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational learning, human resources, and industrial/organizational psychology. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Enterprise Learning at ChenMed since September 2018, Charlene drives strategic initiatives that align learning programs with business goals to enhance productivity and employee engagement. Previous roles include Divisional Director of Human Resources at JenCare, Director & President of ChenMedU, and President & CEO of Envisionary Development Consulting, where a focus on talent management and organizational effectiveness resulted in significant cost savings and revenue growth. Charlene also contributes to academia as an Associate Professor and advisor at various institutions, while actively participating on the Board of Advisors for Pocmi, Inc., and previously for Keiser University. Holding a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University, Charlene's comprehensive background underscores a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and organizational success.
