Dureti Godana, MPH, is an experienced operations manager and consultant with a strong background in public health and policy analysis. Currently serving as the Operations Center Manager at ChenMed, Dureti oversees operations for 3,000 seniors and a team of 45, achieving significant financial margins and driving revenue growth through strategic patient engagement initiatives. Previous roles include Leadership Fellow, Graduate Consultant, and Policy Analyst in various health-focused organizations, where Dureti has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, grant writing, and health equity research. Dureti holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Public Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago.
