John Lynch

John Lynch is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in operations and management. Currently serving as Market General Manager and Executive Director of Centers at ChenMed in Orlando since July 2021, John has held multiple leadership positions, including Director of Transformation and Optimization. Prior to ChenMed, John worked at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa from June 2015 to July 2021, progressing from Assistant Director of Rooms to Director of Front Office Operations. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Hersha Hospitality and Marriott International, where John demonstrated a commitment to improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Valencia College.
