Kostiya Peki is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in clinical service operations and leadership. Currently serving as Senior Clinical Leader and Regional Chief Medical Officer at ChenMed, Kostiya has successfully recruited and coached healthcare providers while establishing strategic partnerships. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Strategos Medical Solutions, Kostiya managed a 300-bed hospital network, improving healthcare accessibility in vulnerable regions through collaboration with the Congolese government and major international organizations. With a background as an Internal Medicine Specialist and private practice owner, Kostiya has deep expertise in complex patient care and has conducted international consulting projects to enhance health systems in Africa. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Clinical Service Operations from Harvard Medical School, a Master's degree in Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, and a Doctor of Medicine from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
