Kristie Genzer

Kristie Genzer is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Network Development for Louisiana at ChenMed since December 2017, Kristie previously held multiple senior positions at Ochsner Health System from 2009 to 2017, including System Vice President and President of Ochsner Physician Partners, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of Operations. Kristie's career at Ochsner began in 1995, culminating in various leadership roles, including Director of Medical Services and Administrative Manager for Allied Health and Primary Care. Education includes an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Phoenix-Baton Rouge and dual degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Southeastern Louisiana University. A foundational education was obtained at the Academy of Holy Angels, completing a high school diploma.
