Larry Cardella

Larry Cardella, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over three decades of experience in human resources, with key roles at various companies. Larry started at First Union National Bank in 1991, where they held the position of AVP Human Resources for ten years. Larry then went on to work at Vista Healthplan as the Director of Human Resources from 2002 to 2004. After that, they joined Avis Budget Group as the South Florida Human Resources Manager from 2005 to 2011. Following this, they served at Geo Care, LLC., first as the Human Resources Manager and later as the Director of Human Resources from 2011 to 2014. Larry then transitioned to ChenMed, where they progressed from Director of Employee Relations to Managing Director, and finally to Vice President, Employee Relations from 2015 to present.

Larry Cardella, SPHR, SHRM-SCP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Aeronautical Studies from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Larry also obtained their SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute in June 2006 and their SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in July 2015.
