Alex Reynolds

Alex Reynolds is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee relations and legal expertise. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Employee Relations at Two Sigma since November 2019, Alex previously held the position of Vice President in the same department. Prior to Two Sigma, Alex worked at BlackRock as an Employee Relations Advisor, Vice President, and at Yale New Haven Hospital as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist, where responsibilities included consulting with management and managing employee issues. Earlier career experiences include roles at Marrinan & Mazzola Mardon, P.C., David A. Goldstein & Associates PLLC, and Ropes & Gray LLP, showcasing a progressive legal background. Alex holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Villanova University.
