Michael Amendola

Michael Amendola, MPS, SHRM-CP, serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ChenMed, where responsibilities include managing HR functions across multiple markets in Ohio, implementing leadership development strategies, and developing onboarding and upskilling programs. Previously, Michael held roles at Penske Truck Leasing as a Human Resources Representative, focusing on talent acquisition and diversity initiatives, and at DuBois Chemicals, Inc. as a Human Resources Coordinator, providing support throughout the employee life cycle.
