Nick MacRi

Nick Macri is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and leadership within the healthcare and defense sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at ChenMed since April 2020, Nick leads efforts to recruit top talent dedicated to serving low-income seniors, building a mission-focused team in the process. Prior roles include Director of Executive Recruitment at Anthem, Inc., where Nick facilitated the search for executive talent in a dynamic healthcare environment, and Executive Search Leader at Humana, wherein efforts were made to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. Nick's career also includes significant contributions to various organizations, such as Logos Technologies, Strategic Analysis Incorporated, and Macri Enterprises. Nick holds a BA in English from Indiana University Bloomington and completed a leadership program at the Disney Institute in 2012.
