Srikar Reddy M.D.

Senior Medical Director at ChenMed

Dr. Srikar Reddy started their career as a Family Physician at Brighton Family Physicians PC in 2010 and later transitioned to Healthy Urgent Care as an Urgent Care Staff Physician in 2013. Srikar then joined Ascension in 2015 as a Family Physician, specializing in virtual care, sports injury care, and traumatic brain injury patient management. During their time at Ascension, they took on the role of Ministry Market Regional Medical Director for Virtual Care. Srikar also served in various leadership positions at Michigan Academy of Family Physicians, including Chair, President, and Member of the Board of Directors. Concurrently, they became the President of the Family Medicine Foundation of Michigan in 2023, focusing on advancing family medicine in the state. Dr. Reddy currently serves as the Senior Medical Director at ChenMed, overseeing dedicated senior medical centers in Detroit East and Eastpointe.

Dr. Srikar Reddy completed their Bachelor of Science in Biology at Gannon University from 1994 to 1998. Srikar then obtained their Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Saba University School of Medicine before completing their Family Practice Residency Program at Mount Carmel Health System from 2007 to 2009. Subsequently, they served as the Family Medicine Chief Resident at Mount Carmel Health System in 2009-2010. Dr. Reddy also obtained various additional certifications throughout their career.
