Stacey Elder

Stacey Elder is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in performance improvement and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Performance Improvement at ChenMed since November 2020, Stacey previously held the position of Director of Operational Excellence, Breakthrough Leadership, and Six Sigma at Marriott International, focusing on enhancing revenue and customer experience through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. With a strong background in process improvement as Associate Director at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and as an Independent Consultant providing Six Sigma support to major corporations, Stacey has consistently identified opportunities to boost efficiency and quality. Additional experience includes significant roles in tax operations, intranet communications, and technical sales, complemented by advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and the University of California, Berkeley.
