Rohit Katyal

Rohit Katyal is an accomplished sports management professional with extensive experience in commercial operations and brand strategy within the Indian Premier League (IPL). As the Head of Commercial for Chennai Super Kings since August 2022, Rohit has been instrumental in securing significant sponsorship deals, including a major partnership with Etihad Airways, and in developing revenue strategies for the franchise's sister teams in international T20 leagues. Previously, Rohit served as Head of Business Operations at RPSG Sports, where key contributions were made to the establishment of the Lucknow Super Giants. During their tenure at Rajasthan Royals from 2008 to 2015 as Head of Brand and Sponsorship, Rohit played a critical role in steering the franchise's branding, sponsorships, and overall revenue strategy. Rohit holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Mumbai University.
