Pam Cooper, CPA CMB, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 1990, they worked as a Loan Accounting Manager at Plaza Home Mortgage before joining Deloitte in 1993 as a Senior Manager in Assurance and Advisory Services. At Deloitte, Pam managed audits and SEC reporting for various public and private companies. In 2003, they moved to AFS Technologies, Inc. as the VP of Finance, playing a key role in financial management. From 2006 to 2008, Pam served as the VP of Finance at MDC Holdings, Inc., overseeing accounting, reporting, and financial planning for the Mortgage Division. Afterwards, they joined Aurora Loan Services and later Aurora Bank FSB as Vice President - Assistant Controller, where they played a crucial role in centralizing and turning around the Accounting Department following Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc.'s bankruptcy. From 2012 to 2016, Pam worked as the Senior Vice President/Chief Accounting Officer at W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital, LLC. In 2016, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Citywide Home Loans, a $3 billion IMB. Since 2020, Pam has been the Chairperson of the Accounting and Financial Management Committee at the Mortgage Bankers Association. Starting in 2022, they assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer at CBC Mortgage Agency. Throughout their career, Pam Cooper has showcased their expertise in accounting, financial management, and strategic planning.

Pam Cooper CPA CMB obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UC Irvine from 1981 to 1985. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Accounting at the College of Business and Economics in Cal State Fullerton, from 1990 to 1992. In addition to their educational accomplishments, Pam Cooper CPA CMB also holds additional certifications, including being a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) obtained from the Mortgage Bankers Association in October 2019, and they are also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Arizona.
