Rhea Mital has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2018, they started as a Summer Research Student at the CHEO Research Institute. Following this, in 2020, they took on the role of an Orientation Coordinator at the Arts and Science Undergraduate Society, where they worked until October 2021. In the same year, they also gained valuable experience as a Product Management Intern at Coast App from May to September. Additionally, Rhea served as a Junior Golf Coach at Rideau View Golf Club for four consecutive summers, starting from 2015 to 2019.
Rhea Mital completed their education in a chronological order. Rhea started their education at Aiglon College in 2017, participating in the Round Square International Study Abroad Program. From 2013 to 2019, they attended Ashbury College, where they earned the Ashbury College Diploma and OSSD High School Diploma. In 2019, they enrolled in Queen's University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science, Honours in Life Sciences, which they completed in 2023. Following this, Rhea Mital pursued a Doctor of Medicine degree at University College Cork from 2021 to 2026.
In addition to their formal education, Rhea Mital obtained several certifications. In 2017, they completed the Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED training provided by the Canadian Red Cross. In 2019, they received IB Certificates from the International Baccalaureate. Most recently, in February 2023, they completed the Children First E-Learning Programme from An Ghníomhaireacht um Leanaí agus an Teaghlach.
