Manager - Volunteer Resources at CHEO

Andrea Hogue Reynolds has extensive experience in volunteer management and academic support, primarily in healthcare and education settings. Since June 2018, Andrea has served as Manager of Volunteer Resources at CHEO, overseeing the recruitment, training, and support of volunteers and developing the CHEO Play Program. Prior roles at Carleton University included Student Academic Support Officer, Mentoring Coordinator, and Registrarial Assistant, where Andrea implemented key programs, managed staff, and contributed to policy development. Earlier experience includes coordinating support programs at Planned Parenthood Ottawa and serving as a Research Assistant at Justice Canada. Educational qualifications include a Masters Diploma in Philanthropy and Non-Profit Leadership, a Diploma in Social Service Work, and a B.Soc.Sci. in Criminology and Political Science.
