Josh Simister

Josh Simister is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and technical leadership within the automation and manufacturing sectors. Currently, as Regional Manager for Technical Services at CHEP, Josh oversees automated pallet service centers across the Western United States, ensuring equipment and robotic cell reliability. Prior to this role, Josh served as Automation/Mechanical Engineering Supervisor at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, where leadership was provided for a team focused on automated equipment for medical silicone products. Additional roles include Project Engineer at Peterson Spring and various positions within the United States Marine Forces Reserve, where operational management and professional development of junior Marines were key responsibilities. Josh's engineering career began with internships at Ford Motor Company and Ethicon Endo-Surgery, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
