Kayla Packer

Kayla Packer is currently a Project Manager in North America Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation at CHEP, and has held various analytical roles at the company since 2022. They co-own Ardor Spruce and previously worked as a Process Improvement Contractor for Sunday Cool, LLC in 2020. Earlier in their career, Kayla completed internships at Ancerra Corporation, Coach, and Nielsen. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the UF Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering and are pursuing a minor in Business Administration at the University of Florida.
