Lucyna Przybytniak

Lucyna Przybytniak is an experienced supply chain and finance professional with a strong background in cost optimization and financial controlling. Currently serving as the CEE Supply Chain Cost Optimization Manager at CHEP since January 2018, Lucyna manages the Supply Chain Cost & Optimization function and oversees financial processes for subcontracted plants and logistics partnerships. Previously, Lucyna held senior finance roles at McCormick & Company, Avon, Ferrero, and Pepsi-Cola General Bottlers Poland, where responsibilities included forecasting, budgeting, month-end close processes, and financial reporting. Lucyna's educational background includes a Master of Science in Horticulture from SGGW Warsaw and post-graduate studies in Supply Chain Management from SGH Warsaw.
