Patricia Grundell

Patricia Grundell is currently the Business Transformation Director for Southern Europe at CHEP, leading the organization's transformation efforts across Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, and Greece since July 2023. Prior to this role, Patricia held positions at McKinsey & Company as a Junior Engagement Manager and Associate from August 2021 to July 2023, and at Deloitte as an Experienced Senior Consultant in Strategy & Operations from February 2016 to July 2021, supporting various sectors including Life Sciences & Healthcare and Retail. Earlier experience includes a Marketing Talent Programme role at MSD focused on launching a lipid-lowering agent in Spain, an internship in Product Management at GSK, and a Marketing & Sales internship at Norgine. Patricia began her career as a researcher at the Fundación para la Investigación Biomédica HULP, contributing to translational research in ovarian cancer. Patricia holds a Biology Degree, specializing in Cell Biology and Genetics, from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
